Welcome to the Tucson Paranormal Alliance (“TPA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using TucsonParanormalAlliance.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Tucson Paranormal Alliance is a Tucson-based community organization focused on paranormal investigation, UFO watching, and metaphysical exploration. We provide educational content, community events, and a directory of related organizations and individuals in the Tucson area.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

3. Membership and Community Participation

Membership in TPA and participation in our events, investigations, or activities is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Paranormal investigations and related activities may take place at private or public locations, sometimes at night or in unfamiliar surroundings
  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and decisions during any TPA event or investigation
  • TPA does not guarantee the safety, condition, or legality of access to any investigated location
  • You will comply with any property owner rules, local laws, and TPA safety guidelines communicated to you

4. Partner & Allies Directory Submissions

If you submit a listing to our Allies & Partners directory, you agree that:

  • The information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it
  • TPA reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion
  • Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by TPA of any listed individual, group, or business, and TPA is not responsible for the conduct, claims, or services of any listed party

5. User-Submitted Content

Any content you submit through our contact forms, directory listings, or event RSVPs (collectively, “User Content”) remains your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant TPA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with operating the Site.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the TPA name and branding — is the property of Tucson Paranormal Alliance and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all content, investigations, and activities described on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TPA makes no claims regarding the existence, nature, or cause of any paranormal, supernatural, or unexplained phenomena discussed or investigated.
